| CORONA VIRUS PERIOD Opening hours will be restricted for the time being to an appointment only basis. We require advanced notice of customer appointments, collections and returns of at least 24 hours. During this time of uncertainty it is our priority to create a safe environment for our staff and customers, temperature checks will be mandatory, face masks and gloves are available, hand sanitiser stations are placed throughout the building. Collections and returns during busy periods will require timed slots mainly due to the disinfecting and checking off required for returns, we may have to stagger over longer periods due to the quarantine necessary. Props returned from productions will not be available to rehire for up-to 72 hours after checked back and disinfected. Please be aware due to the current restrictions it may take a minimum of a day to prepare props required. |
